Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data ZyvoPay processes and why.
Data we process
- Merchant accounts: name, store name, email, hashed password, two-factor secret (encrypted), API keys (secrets encrypted), Telegram chat ID if you link it, IP addresses in security logs.
- Payments: invoice details you send us (amount, order ID, title, metadata), blockchain addresses and transaction hashes, which are public on their respective blockchains.
- Telegram shop buyers: Telegram user ID, username and first name, the input they provide for an order (for example an IMEI or player ID), and order history.
Why we process it
To provide and secure the Service, match payments to invoices, deliver orders, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (hosting, blockchain RPC providers, Telegram for bot messages), with merchants for their own orders, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Financial and ledger records are kept for as long as required by applicable record-keeping laws. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Contact [email protected].
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and security, a referral cookie when you arrive through a referral link, and local storage for your theme preference. We do not use advertising trackers.
