Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ZyvoPay's payment gateway, merchant dashboard, APIs, plugins and Telegram bots ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
ZyvoPay lets merchants accept USDT stablecoin payments on supported blockchains, holds received funds on the merchant's behalf in a unified balance, and pays them out on request. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; ZyvoPay cannot reverse or refund a confirmed on-chain payment.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials, API secrets and two-factor device secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
- We may request identity or business verification and may limit, freeze or close accounts to comply with law or to prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for illegal goods or services, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by the laws applicable to you or to us. Payments connected to prohibited activity may be frozen.
4. Fees
Transaction fees, subscription prices, network pass-through fees and payout fees are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard, and are deducted as described there. We may change fees with notice; changes do not affect invoices already created.
5. Payments, underpayments and payouts
- Buyers must send the exact amount on the selected network (and include the memo where required). Funds sent on the wrong network, of the wrong token or without the required memo may be unrecoverable.
- Payouts are sent only to addresses on your whitelist after the security cooldown. Large payouts may require manual review.
- You are responsible for providing correct payout addresses.
6. Availability and liability
The Service depends on third-party blockchains, RPC providers and Telegram. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, ZyvoPay's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; balances not connected to prohibited activity will be made available for withdrawal.
